Is PHP 4 finly over?

Over a year has passes since the original ‘PHP 4 end of life announcement‘ on 13-Jul-2007 from PHP.net. PHP 5 had been out for 3 years and PHP 6 was on its way. PHP.net was announcing they were threw with PHP 4 support by the end of the year, and crucial security fixes till 08-Aug-2008. [...]
